Process
1.) Consultation
The best way to begin is by arranging a consultation through video chat, a phone call, or in person. During the consultation, we can review your colour and design scheme preferences and share images to ensure we capture your vision accurately. Let us know your preferred method of consultation, and we'll coordinate accordingly to begin the process.
2.) Design
We have 1500 colour options for each rug design, and we can customise the size of any rug. Our services include modifying designs, adjusting pattern scale, adding borders, and using various materials, weaves, and colours. If you have a particular colour scheme or design in mind, please share, and I can offer further assistance.
3.) Rugs in Situ
Send us a photo of your room, and we will overly our rugs onto it to help you envision how they will transform your space.
4.) Samples & Artwork
We will supply you with a digital rendering of your rug after making your choices for your approval. Additionally, the option for a small sample to be sent out in 3-4 weeks allows for a tactile experience before proceeding with the production of the full-size rug. Once confirmation is received, we can initiate work on the rug, ensuring a smooth and collaborative process from start to finish.
5.) Final Stages
We require a 50% deposit to place your order and the remainder before
shipping. Lead times are 8-12 weeks depending upon the type of rug. We will
send you photos and updates along the way.
6.) Delivery
Your rug will be carefully wrapped and sent via airmail. It is then yours to enjoy for years to come!
